A little about us

Many things have changed since the 1930's, when Dillard House Stables offered trail rides for fifty cents. However, the beauty and tranquility of the mountains remains the same. Another thing that remains unchanged is the famous Dillard House tradition of southern hospitality. Pam Thompson, owner-operator of Dillard House Stables since 1989, along with her crew of experienced trail guides strive to keep  this tradition alive. Pam's lifetime of experience with horses and 25 years in the "Trail Riding" business allows her the opportunity to offer a safe and enjoyable horseback ride for every level rider.
